Lids that Last

Loving, Loving, Loving Long Lasting Lids. Yep..... At last my favourite eyeshadow priming potion -'Shadow Insurance' by funky fashion brand Too Faced now has an extended family. Now this best selling primer has been mixed with some cool metallic colour.  Named Lockdown, this comes in 6 shades, but I particularly like 'Jail Bait'. This shimmering pearly pink lived up to all my expectations when me and the girls headed out on the town at the weekend. After painting 5 faces we fled to the city for some cocktails and after a club and a cab ride home their shadow was still in tact. Even if they weren't. A new addition to my kit for shots and a 'best buy' for bridal. Available from Boots. £12.72

More Mineralise from Mac.

After being treated to their Mineralise Foundation I did have a bit of the Mac Attack. I am a lover of the Face and Body Foundation but have been seen of late mixing with this other Mac base. Now for a limited period, there are some serious additions to the range. First the Blush. Six shades that give a sheer, shimmering colour to cheeks. Use on top of their Strobe Cream for a transparent glow. £14.68. If you are not already hooked then wait till you try the 'Skin Finish'. The icing on the cake when it comes to setting your base, adding a luminous glow. Use as a shadow, or dust over your shoulders for a glorious glow. £17.13 from www.maccosmetics.co.uk
