REN's Moroccan Rose Sugar Body Polish been getting some great press of late. I've had a sample in my office for a few weeks now and I have to say a massive sorry folks, this really should have been given some product placement before now, either in my column, or on my blog. You see the thing about scrubs is this. I either love them or hate them. The wrong formulation can really rub me up the wrong way. I find them either too dry or too oily, too rough or not rough enough. There's no pleasing me I know. However,
REN have cracked it when it comes to the balance in buffing. Made with Cane Sugar, almond oils and Kola Nut, this gentle but effective scrub ticked all the body buffing boxes and it's a good one for tanners too. Before faking it folks, a body buff down with this and you'll be super smooth and soft.
For dry or scaly skin, like elbows and knees I'd recommend using this directly onto dry skin then rinse in the bath or shower. For more delicate areas like upper arms and tums, simple massage onto damp skin, then rinse.
On the fragrance front, Rose can be a 'love it' or 'hate it' scent. Worry not, this doesn't smell like your great granny's drawer liners. I've been raving about REN to my clients all week. I'm sure you will love it too. £29.36 from space nk stores.
