It's true, I'm make up mad and when I'm not writing my weekly column in Scotland's best read Sunday newspaper The Sunday Mail or my Beauty Spot page at 5pm you can find me with brush in hand working on a blushing bride. www.craigalexanderwilson.co.uk and www.createthedream.co.uk www.5pm.co.uk

THINK PINK!

With House of Fraser in Buchanan Street Glasgow, having just had a multi- million pound makeover it's goes without saying that a certain calibre of celebrity is required to help with it's launch. At 6pm tonight model, actress and Estee Lauder Spokeswoman, Liz Hurley will not only be lighting up the evening with her presence but she will be using be using her perfectly manicured fingers to flick the switch that will turn the building Pink for The Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign.

I'm just  heading to catch a flight and will miss this VIP Evening. I was so looking froward top meeting the lovely Liz but I'll get all the goss on Friday when I have lunch with Make-Up Artist Mary Greenwell, who is flying up to do Liz's make-up for her appearance and talk about her own venture and first ffragrance launch - Plum. So I'll report back on that too.

There will also be a drinks reception and entertainment in Hugh's Champagne Bar and with the store open to 10.00pm it's maybe a good thing me and my flexible friend aren't around. I did however pop in yesterday to catch up with the girls and have to say the cosmetics hall looks amazing and with some great new products and niche brands. There is also a fashion show and after show party at the Corinthian.

Wishing everyone a great and glamorous night

Anyone want a spare ticket?
